Diving deep

Something that I really admire is how many projects this administration takes on. Sometimes I can't wrap my head around what exactly is going on, because SO many things are going on. Also, not all the designers sit in the same office so, I only see everyone when theres an important meeting and then they leave to the other factories/ offices or go off for fabric sourcing, etc.

MM, and his entire team take pride in the fact that they're known for diverse they are. They're launching a new cosmetics and nail range and I was given the job to actually name the nail polish! The packaging and other arrangements are still in the works but it was pretty exciting to be given full control over the names. In fact, most of them got positive responses too! One of the best things about where I work is the way they treat 'employees". In fact they don't actually consider us as employees, they consider all of us as creative consultants working together. They treat us as equals and they genuinely complement you when you do well!

As far as I know, MM is currently the costume designer for 3 upcoming Bollywood films.

I helped making the mood boards for Shiddat and assisted the head graphic designer for some of the key looks. Apart from this Sir has been working on his summer shows, which will finally come to an end with the Mijwan Show this April. After this, the primary focus is only on Autumn/ Winter and stuff like the e-commerce and social media of the company.

There are so many other things that have been happening that I haven't even be able to mention sadly due to the non disclosure agreement. But nevertheless trying my best to record my journey as much as I can!
